Every lot ships with its certificate of analysis, published on the certificates page against the lot number printed on the vial. Today that is the manufacturer's QC batch certificate for the bulk lot the vials were filled from (purity by HPLC, and for most lots identity by mass spectrometry), or for a few lots a third-party report the supplier obtained on its own vials. On top of that, ALTA is sending each lot to an independent third-party laboratory for its own test of the finished vials; those reports are published on the same page as they arrive, and the table shows which lots are still pending.
The compounds we stock are not controlled substances. They are not licensed medicines and are sold as laboratory reagents for research use only, not for human consumption. Buying and possessing them is legal; we do not sell anything for human use and refuse orders that indicate otherwise.
UK delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2 to 3 working days. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day by Royal Mail Tracked 48; later orders and weekend orders go on the next working day. European orders take 3 to 7 working days. Delivery is £4.95, free over £75.
Yes. Plain outer box, no brand on the outside, and the sender name on the label is the company name only. Temperature-sensitive compounds ship in an insulated pouch.
By debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by cryptocurrency, chosen at checkout. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are taken on a secure payment page run by our payment provider, with 3D Secure approval in your banking app where your bank asks for it; we never see or store your card number, and the order is confirmed the moment the payment goes through. Crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Monero and others) is paid on a hosted page at a fixed GBP rate and confirmed once the network confirms. Unpaid orders are released after 24 hours.
Sealed lyophilised vials in the freezer at -20 °C, or the fridge for the compounds that specify it (GHK-Cu, tesamorelin, retatrutide), protected from light. Reconstituted solutions in the fridge, used within the period on the product page.
Lyophilised peptides contain bound water and a counter-ion (usually acetate or TFA) from synthesis. A certificate showing 99% purity by HPLC and 80 to 90% net peptide content is normal; the purity figure refers to the peptide fraction, the content figure to the whole powder.
Sealed, undamaged vials can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot, for safety and integrity reasons. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at our cost. See returns.
We ship to the UK and Europe only. UK delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2 to 3 working days (£4.95, free over £75). European delivery is £14.95, free over £150, and takes 3 to 7 working days. Orders to Europe may be subject to import checks or charges in the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility. We do not ship outside the UK and Europe. See shipping.
