Every lot is tested by an independent UK laboratory for identity (mass spectrometry), purity (HPLC), residual solvents and endotoxin. The certificate carries the lot number printed on the vial and is on the certificates page before the lot is released.
The compounds we stock are not controlled substances. They are not licensed medicines and are sold as laboratory reagents for research use only, not for human consumption. Buying and possessing them is legal; we do not sell anything for human use and refuse orders that indicate otherwise.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Later orders and weekend orders go on the next working day. Delivery is £4.95, free over £100.
Yes. Plain outer box, no brand on the outside, and the sender name on the label is the company name only. Temperature-sensitive compounds ship in an insulated pouch.
By card at checkout, or by bank transfer: choose it in the bag, enter your details, and we email the account details with your order number as the reference. Bank-transfer orders are reserved for 3 days.
Sealed lyophilised vials in the freezer at -20 °C, or the fridge for the compounds that specify it (GHK-Cu, tesamorelin, retatrutide), protected from light. Reconstituted solutions in the fridge, used within the period on the product page.
Lyophilised peptides contain bound water and a counter-ion (usually acetate or TFA) from synthesis. A certificate showing 99% purity by HPLC and 80 to 90% net peptide content is normal; the purity figure refers to the peptide fraction, the content figure to the whole powder.
Sealed, undamaged vials can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot, for safety and integrity reasons. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at our cost. See returns.
