Notes on specific lots

• MOTS-c lot 10377: Supplier-provided report on a 10 mg vial from this lot. ALTA sells the 40 mg vial from the same lot; our own test of the 40 mg vial is pending.
• Epitalon lot WL-ET10-P00518: Supplier-provided report on a 10 mg vial from this lot. ALTA sells the 100 mg vial from the same lot; our own test of the 100 mg vial is pending.
• PT-141: Supplier-provided report; no lot number is printed on it, so it cannot be matched to a vial label. Treat as a reference result only until ALTA's own lot test is added.
• Tesamorelin lot WL-TSM10-P00520: Supplier-provided report on a 10 mg vial from this lot. The potency result (11 mg, 110.4%) sits just outside the 90 to 110% range printed on the report; purity and identity conform. ALTA's own test of this lot is pending.
• Retatrutide Pen lot 07022601: ALTA independent test of a sealed pen from stock. The batch field on the Janoshik report reads 03102026, the date the test was ordered as entered on submission; the pen tested carries lot 07022601.
• Retatrutide Pen lot 07022601: The retatrutide loaded in the pen is from manufacturer lot 07022601; this is the certificate for that lot. The Synedica pen is supplied sealed as received.
• Semax lot R26042903: Certificate retest date has passed; a fresh test is due.

How to read one of our certificates

There are two tiers of paperwork on this page, and the chip in the "Issued by" column tells you which one you are looking at.

Manufacturer batch certificate. The synthesising manufacturer's own QC certificate for the bulk lot our vials were filled from. It reports purity by HPLC, expressed as the peptide peak against all peaks, and on most lots identity by mass spectrometry (a molecular ion mass compared with the theoretical value). Where the certificate also reports water, counter-ion and peptide content, those figures explain why net peptide is lower than the gross weight in the vial. It is the manufacturer grading its own work, and we publish it as received, figure for figure.

Third-party report. A report from a named outside laboratory. The three currently on this page were obtained by our supplier on its own finished vials from the lot, so they are a genuine outside result but not one we commissioned; the note beside each says so, and where the report was run on a different vial size from the one we sell.

Independent test by ALTA. The column on the right. We are sending finished vials from each lot to an independent third-party laboratory for our own identity and purity test. Those reports are published here, on the same row, as they arrive, and the chip reads "Pending" until then. Where a certificate has passed its retest date we say so in the notes.

Match the lot number printed on your vial label to the row. If the numbers do not match, the certificate does not apply to your vial, and you should tell us before using it.

Who does the testing

The manufacturer's QC laboratory for the batch certificates, and the laboratory named in the row for the third-party reports; we publish each certificate as received, with the issuer and report number, so it can be checked directly. Our own independent tests are commissioned by us and run on the vials we actually ship.

12 certificates are published today. Where a compound shows "Certificate pending", the lot is listed but its certificate has not yet been published; a vial from a lot with a published certificate ships with that certificate behind it.
