Returns and replacements
Sealed vials can come back. Opened ones cannot.
Unwanted items
Sealed, undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email support@altapeptides.co.uk for a returns reference first. Return postage is at your cost and we recommend a tracked service; the seal and the lot label must be intact.
Opened or reconstituted vials
Cannot be returned or refunded. Once a stopper has been punctured we cannot verify the contents or resell the item.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the item. We replace or refund at our cost, including postage.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for bank-transfer orders) within 5 working days of the return arriving.
