Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday leave the same day. Orders after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays leave on the next working day. Bank-transfer orders leave once the payment has arrived.
Service and cost
Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard: £4.95, free on orders over £75, usually 2 to 3 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.50 (any order value), next working day for most UK addresses when ordered before the cut-off. Tracking is emailed when the label is printed.
Europe: £14.95 per order, free on orders over £150, delivered in 3 to 7 working days by tracked international post. European orders may be subject to import checks or charges in the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Packaging
Plain outer box with no branding. Vials are individually protected. Compounds that require cold storage travel in an insulated pouch with a cool pack.
Where we ship
The UK (mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man) and Europe: all EU countries plus Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. We do not ship outside the UK and Europe.
Payment
We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Monero and others). Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
