Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday leave the same day. Orders after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays leave on the next working day. Bank-transfer orders leave once the payment has arrived.
Service and cost
Royal Mail Tracked 24 for every order: £4.95, free on orders over £100. Tracking is emailed when the label is printed. Most orders arrive the next working day; Royal Mail does not guarantee it.
Packaging
Plain outer box with no branding. Vials are individually protected. Compounds that require cold storage travel in an insulated pouch with a cool pack.
Where we ship
UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. We do not ship overseas.
