GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon triple receptor agonist
Lot 07022601 · HPLC 99.2%
An investigational triple agonist of the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors, currently in phase 3 clinical trials.
Out of stock. The vial is due back in stock soon; the 40 mg vial is in stock and ships today.
In brief: ALTA PEPTIDES supplies Retatrutide as a 30 mg lyophilised research vial at £114.99 (£3.83/mg). The 30 mg vial is out of stock at the moment and due back soon. The Retatrutide 40 mg vial is in stock and ships today at a lower cost per mg. Supplied for laboratory research only, not for human consumption.
The Retatrutide 30 mg vial is £114.99, which works out at £3.83/mg. Other sizes: 40 mg at £139.99 (£3.50/mg, in stock), 10 mg at £49.99 (£5.00/mg, out of stock), 20 mg at £84.99 (£4.25/mg, out of stock). Every size contains the same compound, Retatrutide (GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon triple receptor agonist); only the amount of freeze-dried powder sealed in the vial differs, and each lot carries its own certificate of analysis on our certificates page.
The concentration depends only on the amount of peptide in the vial and the volume of diluent added. These figures are arithmetic for laboratory preparation; the peptide calculator covers any other volume.
| Bacteriostatic water added | Concentration | Peptide in 0.1 mL (10 units on a U-100 syringe) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 mL | 30 mg/mL | 3 mg |
| 2 mL | 15 mg/mL | 1.5 mg |
| 3 mL | 10 mg/mL | 1 mg |
Retatrutide (LY3437943) is an investigational 39-amino-acid peptide carrying a C20 fatty diacid side chain. It is a triple agonist: it activates the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors at once, which is what separates it from semaglutide (GLP-1 only) and tirzepatide (GLP-1 and GIP). It was designed by Eli Lilly and is in phase 3 clinical trials for obesity, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnoea and knee osteoarthritis; five phase 3 trials have reported positive results, and Lilly plans to file with the FDA in early 2027. It has no marketing authorisation in any country.
We supply the synthetic retatrutide peptide in the UK as a lyophilised research reagent at 99%+ HPLC purity, in sealed 40 mg vials, with a certificate of analysis for every lot. It is a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research and is never supplied for human use.

The certificate of analysis for lot 07022601 of Retatrutide is published on our certificates page and linked above. It is the manufacturer's QC batch certificate for the bulk lot the vials were filled from, reporting identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC, with a purity result of 99.2%. ALTA's own independent third-party test of the finished vials from this lot is pending and will be published on the same row when it arrives. The lot number on the vial label matches the certificate. Specification: ≥ 99% (HPLC), supplied as lyophilised powder, 3 ml glass vial, sealed; 40 mg per vial in stock (10 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg vials coming soon).
Retatrutide arrives as a lyophilised cake under an aluminium crimp seal. Let the vial reach room temperature before opening so that condensation does not form on the powder. Swab the stopper with an alcohol swab, draw the chosen volume of bacteriostatic water (our bacteriostatic water guide explains why it is used rather than sterile water) with a sterile syringe, and add it slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder. Swirl gently until clear; never shake, which can denature the peptide. Label the vial with the date and concentration. The peptide calculator converts vial amount and diluent volume into concentration, millilitres and U-100 syringe units for any target amount. Sealed vial: 2 to 8 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted: 2 to 8 °C, use within 4 weeks.
Every Retatrutide vial carries a printed lot number and expiry. The same lot number appears on the certificate of analysis for that lot on our certificates page, which names who issued it (the manufacturer's QC laboratory for a batch certificate, or the outside laboratory for a third-party report) so it can be checked directly. ALTA's own independent test of each lot is published on the same row as it arrives. If the number on your vial does not match a certificate on our site, contact support before using it. Certificates are kept online for the life of the product plus two years.
The full guide, including what the research covers, how it compares with related compounds and the UK legal position, is on the main Retatrutide page.
Retatrutide Pen, BPC-157, TB-500, and everything else in Weight & Metabolic or the full range. Reconstitution supplies: bacteriostatic water, insulin syringes and alcohol swabs.
Sealed vial: 2 to 8 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted: 2 to 8 °C, use within 4 weeks. Keep sealed until use. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation on the powder. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water added slowly down the wall of the vial; do not shake. Our calculator covers the arithmetic.
The 30 mg vial is out of stock at the moment and due back soon. The Retatrutide 40 mg vial is in stock and ships today at a lower cost per mg.
£114.99 per vial, or £3.83/mg. The 40 mg vial is £139.99 (£3.50/mg).
Yes. Every size is Retatrutide (GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon triple receptor agonist) as a lyophilised powder; the vial size only changes how much powder it holds. Each lot has its own certificate on the certificates page, so check the lot number printed on your vial.
With 1 mL of bacteriostatic water a 30 mg vial gives 30 mg/mL; with 2 mL, 15 mg/mL. Our calculator works out any other volume.
No. It is an investigational medicine in phase 3 trials with no marketing authorisation anywhere in the world.
It is not a controlled substance and is legal to possess. It is supplied here only as a research chemical, not for human use.
Sealed vials at 2 to 8 °C protected from light. Once reconstituted in the laboratory, 2 to 8 °C and used within four weeks.
