Retatrutide (LY3437943) is an investigational 39-amino-acid peptide carrying a C20 fatty diacid side chain. It is a triple agonist of the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors, which separates it from semaglutide (GLP-1 only) and tirzepatide (GLP-1 and GIP).
